Independent, not a broker · Malaysia
What vtg-malaysia.com is, who pays for it, what the button on every page opens — and the things this site cannot do for you, however the page is worded.

vtg-malaysia.com is an independent information site about the Vantage Markets brand as it appears to a reader in Malaysia. It is not Vantage Markets, it is not owned, operated or endorsed by Vantage Markets, and nothing on it is written or approved by Vantage Markets. It is not a broker, not a payment institution and not a financial adviser, and it holds no licence or authorisation of its own — none is claimed anywhere on this site.
It does not hold or move money. It does not open, verify, fund or close accounts, and it does not collect applications. Every account question goes to the broker that holds the account.
How this site is paid
The call-to-action buttons on this site lead to FxPro — a different broker — through a partner link at https://direct-fxpro.com/en/partner/33251036. The site may be compensated by FxPro when a reader opens an account that way, and that partnership is the only way this site is paid. The disclosure sits at the foot of every page, next to the risk warning, not only here.
Being paid by one broker is a conflict of interest, and the honest response is to name it rather than to deny it. What it does not change is the figures: the deposits, spreads, commissions and regulator records on these pages come from primary documents with read dates, and a reader can check every one of them against the source.
What the button does not mean
The button is not a recommendation that a reader should open any account, and it is not an application form for Vantage Markets. Clicking it does not register anyone anywhere; it opens FxPro's own account-opening flow, where FxPro's terms, checks and risk disclosures apply and where this site plays no part.
Nothing a reader does through that link changes the terms they get. Spreads, fees, deposit floors and conditions are the broker's own, and a partner link does not improve or worsen them.
Who holds an account, and who does not
A Malaysian reader opening an account with Vantage Markets deals with an offshore group company, not with a company licensed in Malaysia: the licences the group publishes on its own regional site, read there on 15 September 2026, are held in Mauritius, Australia, South Africa, Vanuatu and the United Kingdom, and none of them is Malaysian. Which company signs the client agreement is named in that agreement, and it decides where a complaint goes and which rules cover the money. This site reports what the broker publishes about those entities, with read dates, and does not claim to know which one will sign a particular agreement.
The Securities Commission Malaysia lists the brand on its Investor Alert List under a 2021 entry, read in that register on 15 September 2026; what that entry does and does not mean is set out on the main page and on the customer service page.
If something goes wrong
This site cannot help with a blocked account, a missing withdrawal or a rejected document, because it has no access to any account and no standing with any broker. Those go to the broker, through the channels on the customer service page, with the account number, the amounts and the dates included in the first message.
If the problem is with a page here — a figure that no longer matches the broker's own document, a link that is dead, a quotation that should not be there — the correction rule is on source rules and read dates. The primary document always wins over this site.
Risk
CFDs are complex instruments carrying a high risk of losing money rapidly because of leverage. Trading with an offshore entity means the supervisory and dispute machinery of a locally licensed intermediary does not apply. Nothing on this site is investment advice, and nobody here knows a reader's circumstances.
Trade only with money you can afford to lose, and read the client agreement before the first deposit rather than after it. Last build of this site: 2026-09-15.
